Stunt Basics & Extreme Conditioning
Looking for the "fun side" of martial arts? If you've ever wanted to learn movie stunt work, develop elite gymnastics and parkour skills, or simply get into spectacular physical shape, this is your program. Wikid Weapons builds incredible core strength, coordination, and flexibility.
